Greatness is not achieved with an effort. It is an end product of several engagements and spirited efforts which are recognized, acclaimed and assessed to elevate one to another level It is not gotten by money nor affluence nor power nor Fame, it is derived as a reward for Hardwork, Diligence and Service to the Course of Human Development. For Oyewo, Olubukola Oyegbile, it’s a tale of Greatness; from Hard Work and Diligence to pursue the course of the people at all times. A scion of late Chief M.A Oyewo, the first Asiwaju of Ifon Orolu Land from the Eleesi's Dynasty in Ifon-Osun Orolu Local Government Area of the State of Osun; Olubukola has through his works of undaunted commitment to the growth of others earned a reputation, which transcends the boundaries of Osun as a state, but to Nigeria and the World at large. His leadership traits dates back to the primary school where he was class prefect at various times. He was also a Dormitory Prefect of Muruba ‘A’ hostel of St. Charles Grammer School, Osogbo in 1978/1979.   
Born in 1963, he attended L.A Town School, Idi-Ope, Oyo in Oyo and Methodist Primary School, Bodija, Ibadan, Oyo State where he had his Primary School Leaving Certificate in 1974. He pursued his Post-Primary Education at Ilora Baptist High School, Ilora, Oyo State for form one between 1974/1975 before proceeding to and graduating at St Charles Grammar School. He wrote WASSCE in 1979 and come out in flying colours. A member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (2005), Olubukola earned MBA in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology ( LAUTECH), Ogbomosho where he studied between 1999-2001.    Olubukola Oyewo holds; a certificate in Entrepreneurship Programme (1987), Certificate of Completion; Secrets To Business Success (Seminar Award by Banks of Industry/Rimsom Associate, 2007) and another Master of Business Administration at the University of Ado-Ekiti now Ekiti State University (2008).  He had earlier graduated with Higher National Diploma (HND) – Estate Management with Upper Credit at The Polytechnic Ibadan, where, interestingly he was a Parliamentarian, being a member of the Student Representative Council (SRC) in 1985. He was also the Social Secretary of Estate Management Students Association of the same institution in 1984.
Prior to gaining admission to The Polytechnic Ibadan in 1980, he was an Auxiliary Teacher under Osun Centrals Schools Management Board and worked briefly as a Clerk at the Ministry of Education, State Library Ibadan in the old Oyo State. His Post Graduate work experience began as a corp Member (NYSC) at the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation NNPC in 1985/1986.  After serving his fatherland, Olubukola started his own business as the Managing Director of Consociate Properties which deals in Property Management/Development in 1986; a position he holds till date. The company gave birth to Bukoy Farms/Agro Processing, Ifon, Osun State which took off in 1987  and Bukoy Yew Limited, a Building/Civil Engineering Construction Firm that was incorporated in 1990. The companies have made appreciable socio-economic impact on the society from the employment of qualified indigenous graduates and artisans who have had livelihood opportunities while making immense contributions to the growth of his businesses. Numerous laudable Building/Civil Engineering Construction Projects were successfully executed by his construction firm at both state and national levels.

He has been at the fore front of numerous initiatives and community services and charting the development agenda of Ifon – Orolu kingdom and beyond. These include serving in various capacities on Orolu Day Planning Committee and other Community service bodies for several years among others. He was a member of Irepodun Local Government Tenement Rate Tribunal in 1991 and later on served on the Transition Committee of Orolu Local Government between June 2002 and May 2005 as the supervisory councillor for works. Olubukola is a member at the Governing Council of the Osun State College of Education, Ilesa.

His choice as the party's candidate to represent the good people of Osogbo/Olorunda/Irepodun/Orolu Federal Constituency is not far-fetched as it puts into the limelight, one of the brilliant, experienced and thorough bred professionals in the field of Management, Administration and Construction. Olubukola seeks to serve the people, as he has been doing over the years. Various communities self help projects have been initiated and completed through his moral and financial support. The passion of the Ifon –Osun born progressive politician is to make positive impact on the life of his people through People-Oriented Legislation and Purpose Driven Commitments to Further Entrench Good Governance, Enhance Prosperity and Ensure that the Dividends of Democracy reaches his people. His passion to engender Effective and Qualitative Representation for the Welfare of his Constituents cannot be over emphasized. He is married to the ever supportive, amazing and amiable Foluke Oyewo and the union is blessed with children.
