Daudu is facing a two count charge bothering on fraud preferred against him and he pleaded not guilty .
The Magistrate, Taofeeq Badmus, granted the defendant bail in the sum of N500,000 and one surety in the like sum.
Badmus said the surety must reside within the court jurisdiction with evidence of tax payments.
The accused person who reside in Ibadan is unable to perfect his bail condition and he was remanded in Ilesha prison custody.
The NSCDC Prosecutor, Mr Bab Sambo, had told the court that the defendant committed the offense sometimes in year 2014 between June and July in Osogbo.
Sambo said the defendant collected the sum of N350,000 from Adebayo Olowofela with intent to help him with an American Visa knowing to be false.
He said the defendant also defrauded one , Adekunle Olowofela with the sum of N120,000 for same purpose.
Sambo said the defendant had been on the run from one state to another before he was recently arrested in Ede , at Oke-Baba Abiye,Osun.
He said the offense committed contravened section 421 and of the criminal code cap 34 vol. 11 laws of Osun, 2003.
The case was adjourned to August 13 for hearing.
