Just In: Oyewumi Steps Down To Support Adeleke Governorship Ambition

One of the leading aspirant under the platform of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Akogun Lere Oyewumi has withdrew his governorship ambition and support Senator Ademola Adeleke guber.

Dr. Oyewumi, made the declaration
today, at an enlarged meeting of his
campaign organization.

He said he made the interest in the
overall interest of the party to win forthcoming election in the state.

Oyewumi, who boasted of 1,200
delegates going into Saturday’s
primary election, said his union
with Senator Adeleke is a major
milestone in the history of the party.

The meeting also had in attendance
Senator Ademola Adeleke, Dr. Deji
Adeleke, Chief SB Babalola, Hon.
Niyi Owolade, and other members
of the Adeleke group.
