Senate 2019: Unveiling Technocrat Who Wants To Redefine Governance To Reconnect Osun Central Senatorial District - Olubiyi Fadeyi (Ajagunla De)
Olubiyi fadeyi is a businessman and an entrepreneur. He started his business 26years ago and built it into an empire. His conglomerate is diversified into areas such as ; sport, construction, management, consultancy, oil & gas and sport betting. As an astute and dexterous businessman, he had brought in partners from Europe, USA and China to do business in Nigeria. His shrewdness has brought three billion dollar investments into the country, the investment has no doubt affected the economy positively. His sport betting firm known as LUCKIA has over one hundred (100) outlets across states in the southern and eastern part of the country.
As it stand, LUCKIA has provided more than one thousand (1000) jobs to Nigerian youths. And by the grace of Almighty God, he intends to establish more outlets across the country which will directly create thousands of job.
As an expert in International relations and political economy ,this has enable him to be a formidable player in politics . His aims is about changing lives , putting the people first , promoting the economy and improving the well being and standard of living of the citizenry, most especially the constituents in Osun central senatorial District.

As a sport enthusiast, he has taken many kids to soccer schools in abroad in order to unlock their potentials and to also train them to be useful resources in the future. He has directly and indirectly promoted the social-cultural heritage of Ila kingdom.

He started a social scheme tagged *"Community fuel subsidy" or "Iranlowo fun Epo* " in yoruba language. In order to reduce poverty in his senatorial district, he offered to supply fuel to his people for free. This has enabled the Okada riders and other individuals that are into the transportation scheme to make more money with the supplied fuel and also improve their standard of living. This has also promoted the businesses of women who use fuel for grinding machine, generators etc. Many indigenes have benefitted immensely from this social scheme and plans are on going to ensure that the dividends of this scheme reaches more people in the district.
Proper preparation is the key to success. Our acts can be no wiser than our thoughts. Our thinking can be no wiser than our understanding. Olubiyi Fadeyi is well prepared for this contest. He knows and understands his people. Some of his Agendas include;
*SMART BOUNDARIES PROJECT*
This project will be situated across boundaries of some local government areas within Osun central senatorial district. One of the projects to be facilitated in these boundaries is the Poultry Project and fish farming which will provide jobs for people of the district. This project will provide the needed platform for intending agricultural entrepreneurs to learn the rudiment of the poultry business and fish farming. He has resolved to offer himself as guarantor for his people whenever they wish to access loans or grants from local and international organisations (such as Bank of Industry, Agricultural development bank and other government grants or loans).
*HEALTH SUPPORT PROGRAMME*
This programme will be initiated across Local government areas in Osun central if he is elected senator. The health support programme will be sponsored as a bill in the senate and upon passage by the National Assembly, the programme will be used to provide mobile medical vans and ambulances for the elderly ones in Osun central. This will no doubt reduce mortality across the ten (10) local government areas of Osun central. It is on record that most of the elderly ones died at home due their inability to get prompt medical treatment.
*SKILL ACQUISITION PROGRAMME*
It's pertinent to empower the people of Osun central. This is a direct approach to release them from the shackle of poverty caused by years of maladministration of the present government and her handlers at both Local, State and National level. One of the cognitive approaches to tackle the bleak future being faced by our graduates is to re-orientate their minds, reduce their dependence on government for job and empower them with necessary skills and tools to be self employed. He will initiate an Entrepreneurship and skill acquisition programme for the youths across all the Local Government Areas in the district.
Also, synergies will be activated for quality representation. A team compose of political leaders, religious leaders, policy makers, heads of civil servants, student leaders , leaders of market women amongst others will be constituted to enhance accountability, transparency, quality representation, egalitarianism, gender equality and good governance.
My dear people of Osun central senatorial district, we must awaken of our own accord and continue to spot the shenanigans of these inept individuals and avoid being fooled. They have continued to use our resources to manage their whims and caprices. We must sort the wheat from the chaff. We shouldn't allow these saboteurs cast our future, our destiny into the snare of utter misfortune. They were extended a long rope of victory in the 2015 poll, now the rope is long enough to hang everyone. They promised change, but the people are now in chains. It's time to change the change. It's time for progressive change. It's time to put the square pegs into the square hole.
