Presidency Abandoned Oyetola, Woos Omisore Through Governor Amosun

As Osun state governorship election draws near and political activities are gathering momentum in the build-up to 2019 general election, the cabals in the presidency have abandoned the Osun State gubernitorial candidate of the APC, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola. Reliable information revealed that the presidency is worried about the dwindling fortunes of the APC in Osun state and may have decided to make overtures and  now solidly behind Alhaji Moshood Adeoti of Action Democratic Party (ADP)

The cabals in their efforts to ensure Adeoti's victory made a deal by inviting the EFCC to reopen Otunba Christopher Iyiola Omisore's case and he(Omisore) was invited secretly by officials of the EFCC last week for further questioning about his pending case with the commission. A carrot of debt buy-back or case withdrawal was dangled before him (Omisore). However, a conditions for his pardon was clearly spelt out to him to give his backing to the candidate of the African Democratic Party, AlhaJI Mashood Adeoti.

It was also gathered that Governor Ibikunle Amosu of Ogun State  has taken up the job of an intermediary between the Presidency, Omisore and Alhaji Adeoti. It was also gathered that part of the resolution reached earlier this week was that Omisore should present the Deputy governor of ADP and he will be given Osun East Senatorial ticket of ADP in addition to his presenting the Deputy Governor to the party.

A palpable doubt now envelopes the fate of Otunba Omisore's followers in his faction of the SDP in Osun state,  especially, Dr. Bayo Faforiji who is still in the dark about his principals secret negotiations with APC in the presidency.  

The questions being asked now are *** has Omisore sacrificed his gubernitorial ambition?
*** Why did he scattered and hijacked SDP from the original owners?
*** Will Faforiji and others still follow him to ADP and what will become of Dr.  Bayo Faforiji's ambition to be the State Chairman of a political party?
*** Hope Omisore remember this is his last chance to try his luck to become Osun state governor which he has been pursuing for over 20years?

The political atmosphere in Osun state is becoming clearer day by day and alignment and realignment is taking place. God alone knows who will succeed Aregbesola, but I pray it should be PDP.
